Just Jeeps is seeking a Full-time Jeep Parts Sales/Product Specialist, to provide exceptional customer service and support in after-market Jeep parts sales, working in a busy, fast-paced environment. The Jeep Product Specialist/Sales position involves frequent and regular interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer orders. Jeep parts knowledge is an asset.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, sales and support
- Answer customer inquiries and provide informed advice and recommendations
- Assist customers with order placing on website
- Suggest value-added and related products by actively listening to customer needs and goals
- Respond efficiently to all customer inquiries, requests and concerns, over the phone (and in person)
- Process and fulfill customer orders
- Update product knowledge regularly by learning about new products
- Remain up to date on in-store promotions, in-store deals and product locations
- Ensure that retail basic tasks are executed efficiently
- Identify low stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Improve upon performance through regular updating of skills and manager feedback
- General store maintenance including stocking shelves, merchandising and general shop upkeep
Requirements:
- Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Customer-oriented, highly approachable individual who thrives on offering exceptional customer service
- Ability to complete retail tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals
- Ability to resolve retail and/or customer issues
- Ability to adapt to, and manage, challenging and changing situations
- Positive attitude, punctual and solid work ethic
- Ability to provide consistently professional customer service
- Knowledge of Jeeps and Jeep after-market parts is an asset.
