We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team in the heart of downtown Orangeville.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and respect for technique
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station before and during service
- Work closely with the Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold standards and service flow
- Participate in prep, daily production, and seasonal menu changes
- Assist with catering and onsite private events as required
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a professional kitchen environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a line cook (or comparable role) in a high-volume or chef-driven kitchen
- Strong understanding of foundational cooking techniques and kitchen systems
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
- High attention to detail in plating, seasoning, timing, and organization
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A genuine interest in growth, learning, and long-term development
