Job Summary
Hello! We are seeking a skilled PPF Installer / Technician to join our automotive installation team. We are a growing team of experts specializing in the volume business-to-business sector (e.g. collision centres, hail repair shops, detailers, dealerships etc.). The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing paint protection film on vehicles on-site at our clients throughout Calgary, or at our shop location in SE Calgary. Additional knowledge of films, cutting plotters, plotter software, and backgrounds in dealerships or collision centres would be valued. However, we are more than happy to train where necessary. Additonal core expertise in other automotive films such as window tints, colour change vinyls, or commercial graphics vinyls will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Professionally install paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces, including hoods, bumpers, roofs, and fenders, etc.
- Support operations by identifying, cutting film and kits
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after installation to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with vehicle detailing and shop tasks as required
- Follow safety protocols during all installation procedures. Safety considerations include sharp blade disposal, chemicals, etc.
Qualifications
- Dealership experience or collision repair background is highly desirable
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Candidate should be coachable and open to training
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
