Job Summary
The Blowology Method is looking for a talented and passionate Blow Dry Stylist to join our luxury Scalp Therapy Spa & Blow Dry Bar. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of hairstyling experience, be confident in wash and blow dry services, styling, and hair treatments, and must have experience working with textured hair. We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, warm with clients, and open to learning our signature head spa services while delivering an elevated client experience.
Duties
- Provide expert hair styling services, including cuts, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
- 1 Year experience
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon environment is a plus.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous, particularly in upselling beauty products.
- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of sanitation in the workplace is required.
