Economy Paving is looking for an Asphalt Paving Roller Operator
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Licence
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically asphalt paving rollers
- Strong understanding of construction practices and paving techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt paving rollers to ensure smooth and even pavement surfaces.
- Prepare and maintain equipment, performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate paving operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Drive heavy equipment to and from job sites, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
Must have reliable transportation and class 5 drivers license to get to and from our yard.
