Part-Time Welder/Fabricator
Trailer Man Trailers is looking for an experienced Part-Time Welder/Fabricator to join our team building quality production-line trailers.
This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson looking to work a few days per week. We welcome applications from experienced welders, including those who may be semi-retired or looking to supplement their income with flexible part-time hours.
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Flexible schedule
- Shop hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wage: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum
- Assemble and build production-line trailers
- Maintain quality workmanship and safe work practices
- Assist with general fabrication and shop duties as required
Requirements
- Experience welding both steel and aluminum
- Own hand tools
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Must live locally
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience operating a brake press and shear
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
