Responsibilities:
-Assist with various landscaping projects including hardscapes, softscapes, and new developments
-Operate a range of landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
-Prepare and grade soil, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
-Collaborate with the team to execute landscaping designs, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.
-Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
-Follow project timelines and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a skilled labourer/landscaper, preferably in a professional landscaping company.
-Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, light and heavy-duty equipment
-Knowledge of hardscaping techniques, softscaping principles, and plant care.
-Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
