*Must be currently registered with CLPN
*Must have knowledge & experience in the Geriatric Field or display interest in becoming more knowledgeable in the Geriatric Field
*Must be able to communicate and promote interaction with all personnel, Residents/Families under his/her care, helping them to be more knowledgeable and understanding of the aging process
*Must be able to foster good relationships with staff and Resident providing an open climate conducive to freedom of discussion and the 'team' approach.
