To build, lead, and drive a sales team that produces consistent, scalable revenue.

Who This Role Is For

Has proven experience leading B2B sales teams
Has personally closed meaningful commercial deals
Understands how to build pipeline, not rely on it

Knows how to turn activity into revenue, not just reports

What You Will Do
Lead and manage the sales team (inside and outside sales)
Set targets, KPIs, and performance expectations
Track pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics
Drive new business development and revenue growth
Coach, challenge, and develop sales staff
Step in and close key deals when required
Identify gaps and fix them quickly
Build a structured, scalable sales process

Compensation
We pay Base + Bonus.
Bonus is tied directly to team performance, revenue growth, and KPIs.
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
