Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals before each session
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of massage equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry standards, and health regulations through ongoing education

- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health conditions treated through massage therapy
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Strong communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans, addressing client concerns, and providing clear instructions
- Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and customize treatments accordingly

- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapists
