ALLVIALL PLASTIC HEALTHCARE SUPPLIES INC. is a growing Canadian importer, distributor, and manufacturer serving community pharmacies across Canada. We specialize in pharmacy packaging solutions, including PET bottles, PP bottles, jars, closures, and other healthcare-related packaging products.

Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and account management within the healthcare and pharmacy supply industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and help expand our presence across Ontario and Canada.
This role combines office-based sales activities with occasional travel to customer locations, trade events, and business meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within community pharmacies and related healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Research potential clients and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
- Utilize modern technology, AI tools, and business software to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools and software.
- Valid G-class driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to drive a company-provided vehicle for business purposes.
- Ability to travel within Ontario and occasionally outside the province when required.
Preferred but Not Required
- Previous sales, customer service, business development, marketing, or account management experience.
- Experience working within healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Training and mentorship will be provided to the right candidate.

Work Schedule
Full-Time Permanent Position
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
