Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated licensed Property Manager to support our growing portfolio in Edmonton, Leduc, and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, performance-based position ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while working independently.
The primary responsibility of this role is leasing vacant properties by conducting showings, communicating with prospective tenants, and assisting qualified applicants through the leasing process.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Conduct professional property tours for prospective tenants.
- Follow up with prospective tenants after viewings.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process.
- Coordinate lease signing appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with the Property Management team regarding leasing activity.
Marketing Support
- Ensure properties are presented professionally during showings.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, pricing, and tenant interest.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve property presentation.
Qualifications
- Active Alberta Property Manager Licence (RECA) in good standing is required.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Must maintain an active RECA Property Manager Licence throughout employment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle (travel between properties is required).
- Availability to conduct showings, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to use a smartphone and email for scheduling and communication.
