Content Creator / Videographer / Photographer
Job Overview
Dynamo Drywall Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator / Videographer / Photographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to tell compelling stories through images and videos. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from capturing engaging photos to editing compelling videos that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to ensure visual consistency and quality
- Edit video footage utilizing Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, creating polished content suitable for multiple channels
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for visual projects
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently for easy retrieval and future use
- Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and innovative
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Assist in setting up equipment for shoots, including lighting, backdrops, and camera gear
- Visit construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube content.
- Take drone footage (asset but not required).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in photography, videography, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere) and Final Cut Pro is required
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling through visual media
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current trends in digital content creation is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Compensation
- Part-Time (can move to full time eventually)
- $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio.
