Position Overview
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is accurate, properly plated, and meets quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate order flow.
- Double-check modifications, allergies, and special requests on each order.
- Pack and label takeout and delivery orders accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Keep the pass-through area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist with running food to tables when needed.
- Maintain a sense of urgency during peak hours.
- Support the team in creating a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.
- Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!
