Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Interventionist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with children with diverse needs, implementing individualized behaviour support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services will be delivered primarily at the Company’s centre, with occasional travel to client homes or community settings as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow behaviour intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the child's family and the supervising BCBA.
- Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental or behavioural needs, is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as you will need your own car to travel to and from the homes of our clients (when required).
- A passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals and a commitment to a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of each client.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a BCBA.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
