Plan A Real Estate Services Ltd. is a Vancouver-based property management and leasing firm managing a large residential rental portfolio. Leasing volume is steady, systems are in place, and strong performance is rewarded.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Advertising rental units across multiple platforms
- Responding promptly to leasing inquiries and booking showings
- Conducting rental showings (individual and group)
- Actively moving prospects through the leasing process
- Screening and evaluating tenancy applications (income, references, credit)
- Preparing and issuing residential tenancy agreements
- Coordinating and collecting deposits and move-in documentation
- Managing multiple active listings at once
- Keeping leasing files accurate and up to date
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- Units are expected to be leased efficiently and to qualified tenants
- Inquiries are expected to be handled promptly and professionally
- Applications are expected to be properly vetted
- Follow-ups are expected to be consistent and proactive
- Minimal supervision — you own your results
This role rewards people who close, stay organized, and take responsibility.
Requirements
- Leasing, property management, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling volume and deadlines
- Self-directed and accountable
- Proficient with email, online platforms, and basic spreadsheets
- Must be local to Vancouver (not a remote role)
Compensation
- Hybrid compensation: base pay + commission per lease
- Full-time expected earnings: $52,000 – $65,000+, based on performance
- Strong performers earn toward the top of the range
Working Schedule
- Full-time position: Monday - Friday, approximately 40 working hours per week
- Some evenings and weekends required for showings
