We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our production team. You will be responsible for assembling automotive components on a fast-paced production line, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

- Location: Aurora, ON L4G 3V2
- Shift Time: 6.30 AM – 2:40 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Rate of Pay: $17.2-$18/hour
- Status: Full-time / Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Use hand, power, and air tools (e.g., torque wrenches, drills) to assemble automotive parts according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Machine Operation: Tend and monitor automated or robotic assembly equipment on the production line.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products to identify defects or errors. Ensure all assemblies meet the required tolerances.
- Material Handling: Position and align sub-assemblies manually or using overhead hoists.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the Supervisor immediately.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards).
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is an asset, but on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 30-50 lbs as required.
- Skills: Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and complete timesheets.
