Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service.
Oversee food preparation and serving processes, maintaining food safety and handling standards.
Manage POS systems such as Veloce POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
Train new team members through interviewing and onboarding processes, fostering a positive team environment.
Monitor restaurant operations to optimize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Assist with restaurant management duties including scheduling, inventory control, etc.
Lead by example in hospitality, food industry standards, and team management to motivate staff and improve service quality.
Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervising experience.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
Proficiency in POS systems; cash handling experience is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
Experience with interviewing potential staff members and training new hires.
Familiarity with restaurant operations including food safety regulations and kitchen processes.
Background in hotel or barista experience is a plus for understanding diverse hospitality environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
