Reviewing SerDes standards and developing analog sub-block specs

Designing and optimizing high-speed analog circuits

Proposing and executing verification strategies

3+ years’ CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience (MASc/PhD/Bachelor’s + exp.)

Expertise in transistor-level design and SerDes circuits

Hands-on with FinFET layout optimization

Proficiency with SPICE simulators, EDA tools, and scripting (Python, TCL, etc.)

Knowledge of reliability and ESD design techniques
