Summary
EA Melanson & Fils Ltée is looking for motivated and reliable Greenhouse Staff to join our team full-time / part-time basis for the spring season (from May to June). Successful candidates will assist with daily greenhouse operations and plant care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Watering and caring for plants
- Planting, transplanting, and organizing flowers and vegetables
- Assisting customers as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of greenhouse areas
- Loading/unloading products and supplies
- General greenhouse and seasonal duties
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in warm temperatures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous greenhouse, gardening, or retail experience is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and gardening techniques.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
