Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented New Home Sales Administrator in a Pre-Construction Sales Office to join our vibrant team. While the role is physically stationed in the Sales Office location, the head office is located in Richmond Hill, ON.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks related to new home sales, including processing contracts, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records.
- Answer phone calls, reply to email inquiries, prepare daily reports, and present a client-ready appearance as a front desk administrator.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the sales process with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotional campaigns, open houses, and community events to attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with head office and marketing management teams to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Report to sales representatives to coordinate any changes or updates to day-to-day tasks.
- Sales Center Operating Hours: Monday: by appointment only, Tuesday - Friday: 12 pm - 7 pm, Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 7 pm.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, administrative roles, or customer service environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to real estate or property development is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
