Spanish-Speaking Forklift Operator – Wood Stairs Manufacturing

About the Role
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Spanish-Speaking Forklift Operator to join our team in Woodbridge. This position is ideal for someone with forklift experience who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and has hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
You will play an important role in material handling and supporting production operations in a facility that manufactures custom wood stairs and railings.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and organize wood products and materials
- Assist with material preparation and production support tasks
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification
- Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials when required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Spanish fluency required
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Experience
- Woodworking, stair manufacturing, cabinetry, millwork, or general construction experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Pay: $20.00 per hour
