The server is responsible for tailoring the dining experience to the particular needs of each customer. You must always demonstrate Baton Rouge hospitality to your guests from the first contact by providing them with an immediate welcome, a warm greeting, following the steps of service throughout the experience and finally, inviting them to come see us again when they leave us. The first impression is very important and lasts, so you must serve your guests with presence, competence, professionalism, and attention. The server is the liaison agent between the client and Bâton Rouge. It will be one of the main determining factors as to the guest's opinion of the brand. Warm welcome, order taking, upselling, knowledge of products and what sets us apart, knowledge of wines and spirits, follow-up and presence, sale of desserts and digestives, group management, payment management, are among other tasks that relate to Bâton Rouge servers.
