In this dual role, you will manage lumber yard operations, handle inventory replenishment, oversee order management, and support general yard tasks. Great Pay: Earn a competitive $22.00/hour - $24.00/hour.
Job Security: This is a Permanent, Direct Hire position.
No Weekend Work: Consistent, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Steady Day Shift: Work reliable daytime hours from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
️ What You Bring to the Team
Active certification and experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
Proven ability to safely manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
Comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced lumber yard environment.
Strong history of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.
Ability to handle physical tasks and general yard duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Safely load and unload shipments using proper warehouse equipment.
Place orders on pallets and stage them in the designated shipping areas.
Perform general warehouse and yard tasks as assigned.
Comfortably work outdoors in all seasons (forklift cab is fully heated).
Qualifications
Active Counterbalance Forklift license.
Previous experience working in a yard environment.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A great attitude and a strong history of excellent attendance.
