Job Summary
Shelby’s Shawarma is looking for energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will help prepare food, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shawarmas, wraps, bowls, fries, and other menu items.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions.
- Keep workstations, dining area, and kitchen clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time pay : Based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $17.65-$18.60 per hour
