Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ninja Warrior Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will inspire and guide participants of all ages through challenging obstacle courses, helping them build strength, agility, and confidence. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, teaching, and creating a fun, motivating environment for all learners. Responsibilities
- Coach Ninja Warrior Classes
- Pre and Post Shift Cleaning
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates participants of all skill levels and ages
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment and safety procedures during training sessions
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Assist with facility maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of training areas
- Run Birthday Parties, Camps and events when needed
Experience
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching, especially in fitness or sports-related activities, is highly preferred
- Passion for fitness, obstacle course training, or ninja-style activities with a strong desire to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage participants of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Ability to demonstrate exercises safely while maintaining a fun and energetic environment
- Previous experience working with children or youth is a plus but not required
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
