Sisterhood Talkshow is a faith-based media platform focused on transformational conversations, leadership, storytelling and impactful productions. --- # POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a creative, skilled and detail-oriented **Creative Designer & Brand Specialist** to support the visual identity, publishing projects, digital platforms and media productions of Bethel Publishing House and Sisterhood Talkshow. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing professional creative assets across publishing, branding, websites, e-commerce, digital marketing and media platforms while maintaining consistency with the organisation’s brand identity. This role requires someone who understands **publishing, media, branding, digital content creation and creative industries.** --- # KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ## Publishing Design & Book Production * Update and redesign existing book covers for priority publishing projects. * Support the design refresh of **22 Bethel Publishing House book projects** within agreed timelines. * Create professional: * Front covers. * Back covers. * Spine designs. * Interior layouts. * Author pages. * Publishing templates. * Prepare designs suitable for printing, e-commerce platforms and digital distribution. * Ensure all publishing files meet professional design standards. --- ## Book Marketing & Promotional Design Create high-quality creative materials including: * 2D book mock-ups. * 3D book mock-ups. * Book trailers. * Promotional videos and visual assets. * Author promotional kits. * Book launch materials. * Flyers. * Posters. * Digital advertisements. * Social media graphics. * Quote graphics. * Media kits. * Presentation materials. --- ## Website & Digital Platform Design Support Create and maintain creative assets for: * Bethel Publishing House website. * Sisterhood Talkshow website and digital platforms. * Landing pages. * Online campaigns. * Website banners. * Promotional graphics. * Digital product displays. * Author pages. * Online event materials. Work with the Web Developer and Digital Marketing team to ensure websites and digital platforms maintain a professional and consistent brand identity. --- ## Sisterhood Talkshow & Media Production Design Support the creative development of: * Sisterhood Talkshow branding. * Episode artwork. * Guest announcement materials. * Promotional campaigns. * 40 Days in the Wilderness programme branding. * Event designs. * Media production visuals. * Trailers and promotional content. Work closely with the Executive Producer to ensure media projects maintain a high-quality visual standard. --- ## Brand Identity Management * Maintain consistent branding across Bethel Publishing House and Sisterhood Talkshow. * Follow approved brand guidelines. * Develop reusable creative templates and design systems. * Organise and maintain creative assets. * Ensure all designs reflect excellence, professionalism and the organisation’s vision. --- ## Team Collaboration Work closely with: * Founder & Group CEO. * Operations Manager. * Publishing & Editorial Manager. * Publishing Project Coordinator. * Executive Producer. * Digital Marketing, E-Commerce & Social Media Manager. * Business Development Manager. * Web Developer. Ensure creative projects are completed according to deadlines and organisational priorities. --- # FIRST THREE-MONTH PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES During the three-month trial period, the successful candidate will be expected to: * Establish effective creative design workflows. * Support the redesign and updating of priority book projects. * Create professional design kits for Bethel Publishing House. * Develop website and digital platform creative assets. * Produce promotional materials for books and media projects. * Support branding for Sisterhood Talkshow Season One. * Support branding for 40 Days in the Wilderness. * Create organised creative systems and reusable templates. * Deliver high-quality creative assets according to agreed deadlines. Successful completion of the trial period may result in extension to a twelve-month employment agreement. --- # REQUIREMENTS Applicants must have: * Qualification or demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Digital Design or related fields. * Minimum three (3) years’ experience in graphic design, publishing design, branding, media or creative industries. * Strong creative portfolio demonstrating previous design work. * Experience designing for books, websites, media productions or digital campaigns. * Strong knowledge of design software and creative tools. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
