Server, Cook & Hospitality Team Member
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our wellness centre. This is a dynamic position that combines hospitality, food service, customer care, and front desk responsibilities. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a changing environment.
Our ideal candidate is warm, organized, and able to create a welcoming experience for every guest while helping maintain the high standards of cleanliness and service our wellness centre is known for.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while paying close attention to allergies, dietary restrictions, and requested substitutions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entire wellness centre, including dining areas, reception, washrooms, and common spaces.
- Welcome and sign in clients attending wellness appointments, classes, workshops, and events.
- Support practitioners and instructors by ensuring guests are checked in and directed appropriately.
- Restock supplies, complete daily cleaning tasks, and assist wherever needed.
- Stay productive during slower periods by completing cleaning, organization, prep work, and other assigned duties.
- Remain calm, efficient, and positive during busy service periods while working as part of a team.

- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices is an asset.
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, food preparation, or customer service is preferred but not required.
