Now Hiring: Civil Construction Labourer
T’kemlups Contracting is looking for a hardworking and dependable Civil Construction Labourer to join our growing team.
T’kemlups Contracting is part of Sc.wénwen, the Business Group of Tkemlúps te Secwépemc, and specializes in civil, industrial, and utilities construction, based out of Kamloops, British Columbia.

Responsibilities
- Assist equipment operators and skilled trades on civil construction projects.
- Perform site preparation, grading, trenching, and general labour duties.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in civil construction or a related field is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Telehandler and skid steer experience considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Ground disturbance ticket training considered and asset.
- First Aid Training considered an asset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
