Ideal Candidate:
Excellent position for students in college or university who are looking for a part time position. Candidates must be available to work alternating evenings Monday-Friday between 5-9pm and some weekends from 9am-5pm. If this sounds like you, please apply for an immediate interview! Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephones, managing emails in a timely matter, booking and confirming appointments, contacting sellers regarding appointments, and greeting walk-in visitors of the firm. Will be responsible for inputting listing information on internal MLS system, including photos and schedules etc., as well as preparing offers and related documents as required. Other duties include: creating feature sheets and drafting letters. Good understanding of MS Word, Excel & Office Suite would be considered an asset.

Qualifications:
- Available to work rotating shifts during evenings and weekends
- Punctuality and reliability are requirements
- 1 to 2 years working experience in general office administration is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and document review
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email, and internet
- Comfortable with technology
