Junior Sales Specialist (Door-to-Door Lead Generation)
The Role
This is a performance-based role paying up to $75 per qualified lead, plus uncapped commission on sales from leads generated. Ideal for individuals who want their effort to directly impact their income.
Deckify is growing, and we’re hiring ambitious, driven Junior Sales Specialists who are ready to tackle a high-results role and be rewarded directly for your performance.
What You’ll Earn
- $25 CAD for each validated lead (Homeowner confirms property ownership, project interest, and provides valid contact information).
- $50 CAD if the lead converts to a booked free site assessment.
- 1.5% commission on total sales from leads.
- No cap on earnings. Strong performers can earn significant income by generating high-quality leads and consistently improving their results.
- Target: At least 1 qualifying lead per hour for dedicated canvassers.
What You’ll Do
- Work assigned Vancouver neighborhoods and push yourself to cover more doors and create more opportunities.
- Start confident, persuasive conversations with homeowners about deck repairs, upgrades, and outdoor living projects.
- Qualify interest and collect accurate contact details so our team can convert quickly.
- Treat your territory like a mini sales territory, using your smartphone to follow routes and track your daily results.

What You Bring
- At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (retail, inside sales, door-to-door, events, etc.).
- A competitive, self-driven attitude and comfort handling rejection.
- Reliability and initiative, you show up ready to push yourself.
- Reliable transportation to work across Vancouver neighborhoods.
- Smartphone for route apps and reporting.
- 18+ years old and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
