TPG Technology Ltd. is an Ottawa-based IT Professional Services firm, which has been providing quality solutions in the National Capital Region since 1985 to both Government and Private Sector clients with highly specialized resources.
We have an immediate requirement to provide our federal government client with a Project Coordinator who has experience with the following:
Security: Enhanced (Mandatory)
Hours: 37.5/wk
Language: English
Location: NCR Remote
Tasks:
- Maintain and update relevant project information;
- Provide administrative and technical support to project team
- Manage and track project decisions, action items, risks, issues and change requests
- Assist with development and on-going update to dashboards
- Maintain project schedules
- Assist in the development, maintenance and tracking of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plans
- Review project documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
1. The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has in excess of 10 years’ experience in completing each of the following tasks:
- Entering project financial information into financial systems;
- Producing project financial reports; and
- Resolving discrepancies.
2. The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has in excess 10 years’ of experience inperforming analysis and reporting on project progress.
To be accepted, project experience must be valued at a minimum of $1,000,000.00 or more each.
3. The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has in excess 10 years’ of experience in maintaining project decisions, action logs and change requests.
