Join a High-Growth Mortgage Team
We’re looking for a licensed Mortgage Agent to join our fast-growing, in-office team. This role is ideal for agents who want consistent income, strong lead flow, and the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commissions.
You’ll work with a steady mix of inbound leads and outbound calling, giving you full control over your pipeline and earning potential.
This is an on site position.
What You’ll Do
- Work with inbound leads from clients actively seeking mortgage solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and build your pipeline
- Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Manage files from application through approval and funding
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Agent license (preferred not required)
- Previous mortgage, banking, financial sales, direct sales or tele sales experience required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound (cold calling) activities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment
