Responsibilities
Surface Preparation & Quality Application:
- Expertly prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.
- Apply paint and finishes with precision, showcasing attention to detail
Client Communication:
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- Approachability: Be able to communicate not just with clients, but with neighbours, etc
Project Management:
- Organize and prioritize painting projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the coordination of tasks to deliver high-quality results.
Collaboration with the Painting Team:
- Foster a collaborative work environment within the painting team.
- Share insights and coordinate with team members to improve overall painting strategies.
Marketing and Business Development
- Drive additional work to the business through marketing efforts
- Strong communication with the community
Requirements
- No previous painting experience required, just a willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic , attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently and work collaboratively with the team.
