We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities by performing manual tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training
- Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
- must know how to frame and drywall install, kitchens, demos, flooring
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Prior experience in construction or general labor is required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
