Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking General Labourers and Skilled Installers to join our team. You will assist in epoxy flooring installations, surface preparation, and finishing work. Skilled Installers will apply coatings, operate tools, and ensure high-quality results.
* Must have a G License and Reliable Vehicle
* Must show up on time, no exceptions
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for epoxy and polished concrete applications
- Mix and apply epoxy coatings, including metallic, solid color, and flake finishes
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with clean-up and maintenance of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and project specifications
Requirements:
- Experience in epoxy flooring or construction is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
