Responsibilities
- Provide professional concierge and security services in a residential condominium.
- Monitor access control, CCTV, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols and report any safety or security concerns.
- Respond to resident inquiries and incidents professionally.
- Write clear daily occurrence reports and incident reports.
- Follow site procedures, post orders, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of security or condominium concierge experience.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Must be able to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
- Must have reliable transportation to Oakville.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Professional, punctual, alert, and dependable.
- Must be comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
