- Set up and operated CNC and manual brake press machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to engineering drawings and work orders.
- Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Selected appropriate tooling and adjusted machine settings for different materials and thicknesses.
- Measured finished parts using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Performed first-piece and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Loaded and unloaded sheet metal safely while handling materials in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
- Conducted routine machine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintained an organized and clean work area following 5S and health and safety standards.
- Worked closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
- Reported equipment issues, quality concerns, and production delays to supervisors promptly.
- Followed all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
