We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant specializing in Mortgage services. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support within a dynamic financial environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review client information, including personal, employment, income, and financial details.
- Verify client identity and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Review and validate financial documents such as pay stubs, employment letters, bank statements, tax documents, and other income verification records.
- Ensure all application information is accurately entered based on supporting documents.
- Maintain organized client files and document records.
- Schedule Google Meet meetings and in-person appointments for clients and team members.
- Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and team members.
- Provide regular deal status updates to team members and assist in tracking mortgage applications throughout the approval process.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and additional information as required.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the mortgage.
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
