Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest quality of work
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
