Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Type: Part-Time Morning Shift
Location: Hamilton
Minimum Age Requirement: 19+
About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
- Educate customers on vaping products, usage, and safety
- Process transactions using cash, debit, and credit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Follow all store policies and health/safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of vaping products preferred
- Customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have morning availability.
- Must be 19 years of age or older
