Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Experience
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry demonstrating strong serving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards for meal preparation and presentation
Pay: $15.63-$23.00 per hour
