You support advisors who come to you with business goals. You bring structure, insight, and clarity to their requests by connecting ideas, transforming them into impactful initiatives, and ensuring measurable results. You proactively guide, challenge, and elevate marketing strategies to maximize business impact.
We are currently hiring for two opportunities: one permanent position and one 12-month contract.
This position can be based anywhere in Canada, with hybrid attendance.
Your role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with advisors’ business objectives
- Translate ideas and business needs into campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives across 360° channels (digital, traditional, social media, and content)
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, from strategy to execution, in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to brief, produce, and deliver high-quality marketing materials
- Track performance, analyze results, and optimize initiatives based on data and insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth advisors and key stakeholders to influence and elevate marketing impact

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing advisory and multi-channel execution
- Experience delivering marketing initiatives across digital, content, and traditional channels
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of wealth management or financial services is an asset
- Experience in SEO or content performance optimization is an asset
