Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration, remodeling, and repairs.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Perform a variety of renovation, repair, and finishing tasks in residential and commercial environments.
- Conduct touch-ups, repairs, and deficiency corrections following the completion of work by other trades.
- Install cabinets and flooring, ensuring precision in measurements and alignment.
- Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to enhance the finished look of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Document completed work, deficiencies, and project updates as required.
- Support project completion by addressing last-minute client requests and ensuring a polished final product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or renovation with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming techniques, and masonry practices.
- Experience in carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, restoration, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
