Red Rock Property care is a growing home services company offering window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter shining and pest control. We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help bring our services to homeowners in the community.
The Role
As a Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Red Rock Services in the neighborhoods we serve. You'll introduce homeowners to our services, book appointments, and close sales directly in the field.
What You'll Do
- Canvas residential neighborhoods to generate leads and sales
- Educate homeowners on our services (window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter shining)
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
- Close deals on the spot and schedule service appointments
- Track daily activity and report results to management
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation
- Prior door-to-door, retail, or sales experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Must be able to work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn. Top performers can earn significantly more than a traditional hourly role.
