Our family is searching for an exceptional Private Household Manager & Family Assistant to become a trusted, long-term part of our home.
This is not simply a housekeeping or nanny position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with one family - someone who takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and peaceful home while helping a busy family enjoy more quality time together.
We are a family of four with two wonderful young children and four friendly dogs. We also operate a growing business, so organization, reliability, and trust are incredibly important to us.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our family’s journey for many years to come.
Your Responsibilities
As our Household Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our home, including:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully presented home
- Laundry, folding, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe organization
- Preparing healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks
- Grocery shopping and keeping the home fully stocked
- Meal planning and kitchen organization
- Walking and caring for our four dogs
- Running household errands
- Organizing closets, storage areas, and household supplies
- Coordinating deliveries, appointments, and household service providers
- Helping care for our children when Mom or Dad need support
- Providing occasional evening or overnight childcare with advance notice
- Preparing the home before family trips and ensuring everything is ready upon our return
- Identifying household needs before they become problems and taking initiative to solve them
