We're building out a full-service marketing offering — websites, content, video, and paid advertising — and need someone who can walk into a room, understand a business's problem, and walk out with a signed client. This is a hunting role, backed by real creative work to close the deal.

Platform 4 is a full-house marketing team offering web design, content creation, videography, and paid advertising under one roof. We work with businesses who want a single partner instead of five freelancers and we need the person who brings those businesses through our door.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect businesses that are a strong fit for our services via outreach, networking, and referrals
- Run discovery calls to understand a prospect's marketing gaps and goals
- Pitch and package our services into proposals tailored to each business
- Negotiate terms and close new business, start to signature
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Hand off closed clients cleanly to the delivery team
- Represent the company at local networking events to build referrals
Required
- 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, email, in-person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-directed, pipeline-building mindset
- Reliable transportation for client visits
Preferred
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, or creative services
- Existing local business network
Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
