Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of sanitation standards. The Laser Technician will work closely with clients to deliver effective treatments while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures with accuracy and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions related to their treatments.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest laser technology advancements and industry best practices through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in body waxing, skincare, or related beauty treatments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a medical or cosmetic setting.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products confidently.
- Certification or training in laser technology is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected.
