Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a leading professional services organization to recruit a Learning Specialist for its Vancouver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning and development professional who enjoys designing engaging training programs, facilitating both in-person and virtual learning sessions, and supporting technology adoption across a dynamic organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and creating innovative training resources that support employee growth and business objectives.

Facilitate technology-focused onboarding programs for new employees.

Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training workshops.

Support technology rollouts and system upgrades through targeted training initiatives.

Provide customized training tailored to departmental and team needs.

Deliver a variety of learning formats, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning experiences.

Identify training needs and learning opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop effective learning solutions.

Create training materials such as job aids, user guides, videos, e-learning modules, and other digital learning resources.

Maintain and update existing learning materials and training content.

Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback into future learning initiatives.

Coordinate training schedules, workshops, onboarding sessions, and organization-wide learning initiatives.

Maintain attendance records, course information, evaluation data, and learning plans.

Support ongoing administration of learning and development programs.

Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person environments.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Certificate, diploma, or specialization in Adult Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development, corporate training, instructional design, or a related role.

Experience managing the full learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience within a professional services environment is considered an asset.
