Revive Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team.
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary site leader, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, employees, and project stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow with us.

Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee all daily construction site activities.
· Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
· Promote and enforce company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
· Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project.
· Conduct site inspections and monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
· Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and conflicts in a timely manner.
· Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.
· Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, safety records, and project updates.
· Leads project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
· Foster positive working relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
· 5-7 years of construction experience.
· Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification/education program
· Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental protection practices.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.
· Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
· Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders.
· CSTS, WHMIS, and other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
· First Aid certification is considered an asset.
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
· Successful completion of Canadian Criminal background check
